Find out who bought the foreclosure at auction and what they paid for it!

Foreclosed

We take the same information from our Trustee Sale and Sheriff Sale data set and append it with; foreclosed location, foreclosed date, foreclosed price and the name of the buyer if available.

Some in the industry call these properties “Fresh REO’s,” meaning NEW REO properties owned by banks and lenders. Indeed most of them are, but the information reported is new enough that the lender’s REO department or asset management/property disposition division may not be aware that their bank is taking title to this new asset let alone ready to market it to homebuyers or investors.
